Petaholic’s Policies for Grooming
– Appointments can be cancelled up to one hour before the scheduled time, and the full amount paid will be refunded.
– Appointment times can be changed and rescheduled for another day as desired, up to one hour before the scheduled time.
– A fee of 50 SAR will be deducted from the total amount paid in case of appointment cancellation or request for rescheduling if the time has passed the scheduled hour for modification or cancellation, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
– If hidden fungal infections are discovered, the service will not be completed, and the amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
– In the event of visible fungal infections that were not disclosed by the customer, a fee of 30 SAR will be deducted from the order value, the order will be canceled, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
– Our team operates fully equipped vehicles; therefore, it should be noted that delays may occur due to road and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. The customer will be informed in case of any delay, and arrangements will be made with them. The customer has the right to reschedule or amend their appointment if the team is delayed by half an hour by contacting customer service.
– If the customer requests to stop the service during execution, no refund will be issued for any payments made for the service, and if the employee has not completed their work based on the customer’s request.
– Our team inspects your pet to ensure it is free from fungi, as we do not deal with infected animals visibly showing signs of infection.”
